Bishop John celebrated our 12noon Mass last weekend 2nd Sunday of Advent.
We were delighted to have him visit and enjoy holiday time with Fr. Anthony here in Duleek. We keep him and the faithful of his diocese in our prayers. As we are privileged to have one of Bishop John’s priest living and studying in our faith community we asked him to assure Fr. Anthony’s Mammy that we are taking good care of her son!
This weekend we express our gratitude to God for all that we are so blessed to have and for the good produce of the land.
We pray for all in the farming community and those who work to provide food for our table. As we conclude this season of creation let us be mindful of the gift of mother earth and the beauty of God’s creation.
We thank all the children from Sixth Class who have helped decorate the altars for our Harvest Mass.
As a gesture of our gratitude to God everyone is invited to bring some none perishable foods to leave at the altar.
We are grateful for the gifts of non-perishable foods which will be given to Brother Kevin and the Capuchin
Day Centre for the homeless in Dublin.
Thank you to all who support our parish financially. We provide this online secure facility for your convenience.
